Lol, still got the Inzer Fusion but need 333 stone befor that will fit again. JC - So hard mentally when you used to throw XXX weight up, and now it's seems like a million miles away. Only one way to go though. Hows the shoulder ? | ||

Wed Farmer Deadlifts 40kg 10 reps 40kg 20 reps 40kg 30 reps 80kg 3 reps (twing) 80kg 4 reps 80kg 6 reps 80kg 10 reps (no twings and felt nice) 40kg few 40 meter walks Seated Row supersetted with Light Shrugs for shoulder and rotor. Got a nice little sweat on but had to cut it early as bird was waiting for me. Glad the shoulder/roter held up and feel like some muscle is starting to build back up now. | ||
