Cheers loon, moved up to level 5 on the resistance and trying to up the speed which I now getting easier. So cycling after each session (unlike yesterday) and fasted cardio 3 times a week should all help.

Yoke was a tad slow and unsteady but more practice to better it will get. 290 felt heavy but manageable. Really need a 20m section would be slot better for progression.
Farmers well is feeling good but I'm hoping that on other farmers I get a better grip as mine are painted and smooth as f**k so your grip slips easily. again a longer run would be better.
Tire flip it's feeling good even the beltless ones felt good as I could lift the tire of the deck before the procedure with a belt on so huge progress to come on the tire. Need a thicker one at around 300 to 350 to drill the tech and get the shoulders and leg drive into the movement.
Log well I think I have a plan for progressing this and helping the clean part of the lift. But my conditioning for clean and press is dire, terrible, and needs sorted. Maybe heavy complexes will help?

Cheers Al, the yoke and turning and how it effects the back well it's good and hard I really think doing this will help strengthen the core abd get me use to the heavier weights. If I had a 30m run I'd just do that as that would be better.

You're doing great with the events training and every time I watch it I get inspired to try strongman. Will probably get a session in over the next couple of weeks. Nice to see you getting the cardio done too. Your skills with the yoke and farmers are particularly badass. You look very stable throughout.

The farmers I feel good on even before my injury hell
But yoke feels better for me now just need more practice and progression with it.
It was shaky on the 290

i like to train yoke light for speed myself, heavy yokes the only thing that cabbages my back!
that said the 290 is solid ! its hard as f**k to turn with it ... impressive!
