fctilidie | Best place to learn the olympic lifts | 03-07-2011 @ 17:26
Grandad Goatse Member 2494, 5035 posts SQ 120, BP 110, DL 125355.0 kgs @ 67kgs UnEq | Can anyone recommend me a place to go get some help learning the olympic lifts. I thought about trying to learn them myself with the help of videos, but considering how much I improved just from a days training with Martin Brown I think I'll be better off learning them from some with experience rather than picking up lots of bad habbits doing them my own way. I'm from Hull but happy to travel to train with the best.

I will be going at the end of the month to have some PT off one of the Power lifters.
