Thansk ben, just looking to stay injury free from now untill comp. 1last deadlift session 18 inch for low reps. And 1 more log and dbell session. Maybe get 200kg sqaut on my back so i know if i wna try it on the day

Thats because i am insane joni!!!! But tbh very happy with tht 340 so deffo nailIng a few metres with 350 on th day!! And yes it was after log and massage and i was in pain so imagein wots goin dwn wen am fresh as a daisy!! Boom!!!

X3 fet a lot better after i took my knee rehbands off my legs started to wake up anf press better. No food in me and no commitment on the dbell realy as i habe nothing left to prOve on it. Just hope i smash it on the dy as well as i have done in training!
