Squat worked up to a hyoooge 105kg*5 squat Bench (speed work) worked up to 80kg for several reps and then did some pointless assistance work and had a discussion with lads at the gym; did some serious overthinking and rehashed some old played-out arguements on various typical lifting topics | ||

Bench (speed) worked up to 90 kg * 5 Close grip bench 2 sets of 5 at 80 kg Back work: a bunch | ||

Highlight of the day was witnessing a deep and easy 4 times bodyweight squat. | ||
