Any comments/advice are more than welcome I need all the help I can get really! | ||

Fairly happy with how my lifts went though as have only really lifted 120 for a set of 2 before today | ||

How have you found the change to more PL based training as opposed to what you were doing before? It's been an interesting first couple of months as I'm used to doing a lot more volume in my training and initially didn't feel like I was doing enough! My training is a bit haphazard at the minute, I'm doing a modified 5/3/1 template (it's working as my 1rm for the 3 lifts have all increased) but I've got to stop myself from constantly trying to do more than I should by adding in a load of extra exercises, just trying to get of the muscle building mindset really and switching to a strength one! haha! | ||

Since I started training more for strength about 2 months ago my lifts have all gone up between 20-40kg, happy with my progress at the minute. Still got a long way to go to hit my targets though! (225kg squat, 160kg bench, 250kg deadlift all unequipped) | ||
