Felt really tired today for some reason, had a full 8hrs kip instead of my normal 4.5-5hrs and it seems to have done me in and feel more knackered than normal.

Aye Up! I just thought as another newbie to PL I would pop my head in here and wish you all the best. How have you found the change to more PL based training as opposed to what you were doing before? I am just cobbling together my 1st training plan and am quite excited about it!....I really should get out more!

It's been an interesting first couple of months as I'm used to doing a lot more volume in my training and initially didn't feel like I was doing enough!

My training is a bit haphazard at the minute, I'm doing a modified 5/3/1 template (it's working as my 1rm for the 3 lifts have all increased) but I've got to stop myself from constantly trying to do more than I should by adding in a load of extra exercises, just trying to get of the muscle building mindset really and switching to a strength one! haha!

Cheers Gray. Since I started training more for strength about 2 months ago my lifts have all gone up between 20-40kg, happy with my progress at the minute. Still got a long way to go to hit my targets though! (225kg squat, 160kg bench, 250kg deadlift all unequipped)
