Hey mofo's,

So its been a while. Ive been stupidly busy, new job, new house, new life. Didnt have internet for a long time and cant really check SB at work although the boss isnt in today so I thought id wish all you guys a merry christmas!

Should have a lot more time in the new year and so hope to be back online a lot more. Havent been training at all as I just dont have the time. Think I might need to invest in a home gym as I cant afford the time to travel to a gym and the ones near work are £75+ a month and rammed. I am fat. I am weak. Nuff said.

Littler - ive found Callards gym, its about a 20 minute walk from my house but I cant get there when they are openUnhappy

Joni, Rob - Miss you guysUnhappy , bas***ds here wont let me use MSN at work. Im hoping to get up to Manc in the new year, would be great to catch up with you guys. I can show off my new rotund physiqueGrin

Work/life balance = non existant Joni.

Training is a big priority but when im getting in at 9pm I just dont have the time or energy. And on weekends I sleep. Im most likely going to start training before work just not sure I can hack the 5am alarm calls! We'll see.

So what have I missed, I intend on going back through the board but that might take a few weeks, hopefully will get time over Xmas! Although im back in work on the 27th! bas***ds.

600lbs is my next years target, watch this space mate!

My summary: loads of oly lifting introduced to the mix, front squatting with proper grip these days, on a diet after the last comp (unit 20, brilliant comp!) and trying to get under 110 to enter PL comps in that category. Then after those are over, get on the jonibol (pistachio) and hit some open strongman comps during the summer and get completely f**ked there. Solid plan.

Any chances you could hit lunch break sessions for some wanky bodybuilding moves?

Not really. I get an hour at absolute most, most times 30 minutes. Gyms near me are ££££££. There's one really cool one called Gymbox, solid gym, squat rack thing heavy dumbells but its soooooooooo busy with the usual chrome and fern crew.

I think im going to need to get my own stuff.

Didnt you tell me about a place recently that had good fairly cheap thickbars?

Adam moved down south somewhere, was looking very strong before he left, squats up, or pretty much past his previous repping PBs, deadlift strong too, bench lacking a bit.

the Machine nailed 160kg bench the other day. Injuries still there, but even as injured he is still nailing 180kg paused squats and s**t like that, hack squats have topped 200 as well which i think is insane!

But dont really go to sugden anymore, unless to do some cardio Happy
