Scotbasher - forever Member 59, 2115 posts | I've just seen this device and wondered how long before one of the "tinpot" American organisations allows this as Approved support gear? Whatever will they think of next??

Has little understanding of the sugden Member 677, 11338 posts SQ 165, BP 125, DL 220510.0 kgs @ 80kgs UnEq | Looks cool. Maybe a bit similar to gatting a bit of support from a shirt, without all the hassle? Good for training, obviously not good if allowed in comp though.

Scotbasher - forever Member 59, 2115 posts | It looks a bit too stretchy so I'm going to wait for the triple layer canvas extreme version!

Whatever will they think of next?? Arm wraps must be invented soon, wrap the entire arm from wrist to shoulder with 3m wraps.

Hasn't always been a bench press specialist Member 44, 1907 posts SQ 252.5, BP 220, DL 210682.5 kgs @ 83kgs Eq | I reckon this "supportive" device will put 20kg on my dips and get me an extra 10 pushups.

I think Metal already do forearm wraps, I've seen more than a few guys bench with knee wraps round their elbows and plenty more with elbow sleeves (the type made out of wrap material).

thinner after lockdown Member 594, 4166 posts SQ 100, BP 80, DL 100280.0 kgs @ 120kgs Eq | ive used it acouple of times and its quite fun to use in training, you do get quite alot of "pop" of the bottem though. ive done 140x12 raw and then i have done 140x17 in this but that was at the end of a session so you do get quite alot out of it. its useful for some lockout/tricep work.

Member 674, 320 posts SQ 185, BP 112.5, DL 230527.5 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | "it can greatly reduce stress on the shoulders, elbows and chest" yeah i could get some else to lift for me that would do the same or just get a crane to lift cut out all that sweating

The one in the guns and roses teeshirt. Member 171, 2462 posts SQ 272.5, BP 140, DL 245657.5 kgs @ 80.2kgs Eq | I think its an interesting training tool, gives the benefits of board presses while still doing the full range of motion.

Why not just not get fat in the first place? Member 132, 1406 posts SQ 331, BP 200, DL 320851.0 kgs @ 98kgs UnEq | I have one and had a go with it last week. It did reduce alot of shoulder stress (which I have problems with already) and it made me like RAW benching a little bit more than I usually do. Probably not a bad idea for getting a bit more tricep work in without over stressing shoulder joints.

X2. Not gonna knock it until I've had a go but fear it will get bad press on this site. I'm waiting for Wayne and JC views
