Benching is still good basic exercise in my opinion, not one to put all your focus on but one I would definatley keep in my routine. Only ever done close grip bench once in my life and my overhead aint bad, so not sure on the actual truth behind this one???? maybe its a get out for weak benchers? not sure, just throwing the boat out dont no what everyone else thinks??? A lot of basic bodybuilding excercises help with strongman, better to be safe than sorry? close grip one week, normal bench week after?? | ||
