BUT i randomly found one lol. so there will be some, but theres not much point when im this weak and have funds to get to another gym. no matter where i record the light is not good, and the uploading messes it up a tad Todays sesh Dips:6,5,4,3,1,1 OHP:60x5x5 CGBP:60X5,80X5,100X5,70X10X3,80X5X2 Lateral raises:3x10 Not a bad session, dips are up from last time session of 1 rep OHP was crisp, much easier than what i thought it would be considering. CGBP was a bit tired by here so just got some reps in. | ||

Really wanted to go xmas eve, thought it was open 10-2, had forced fed myself as i was sore. but no f**king shut Mate did bit of shoulders so i joined in. OHP:60x5,65x5,70x3,60x5x4,40X10X2* 30 Mins x-trainer 20 Mins travelator 20 Mins sanuna *These were just done through bottom half of motion, pausing at bottom and at top of head. Just wanted to go do something as i feel really unhealthy through all the indulgences! lol. Squat/Deadlift day tomorrow. | ||

Squat:60x5x2,100x5,110x5,120x5,125x5,127.5x5,130x5, DE:100X5,110X5 Deadlift:140x5,150x5x2 20 mins x trainer *If things dont improve from this session i promise to kill myself Ive got no 3 day benders planned for a while so thats a good thing. I really need to get a new job, its really f**king up my back. Im not sure how to approach things from here, maybe just get some frequent high volume sessions in for a little while, get back to where i was.Im the weakest ive been for a while....... | ||

OHP:60x5,50x12,8,8,8 CSR:3X10 5x10 leg raises 3x12x35kg side bends 20 Mins x trainer. Pissed off, wasnt feeling it today. Going to order some whey today, had none for a month. And im going to start caining the milk again. been a long while since i did so, i was my strongest then, now i havent drank hardly any latley, and im weak.go figure. | ||

Right update. ahvent trained since the session above. for various reasons Squat:60x5,90x5,120x5,130x5, 140x5 Bench:60x5,80x5,90x5,100x5x3 Bit hit and miss today (well miss), today i squatted 'power' style. first time taking the bar low. it makes the lift feel so different from olympic squats. 140 felt like nothing. im not sure if i want to return to that stance just yet. the reason why i did this, my preffered style of squatting was hindered as i twisted my knee whilst out on the lash for my bday which is today but shall have a ponder. need to get back up to speed sharpish..... | ||

The rest was a bit pumper-ish, just too mix it up, as ive been feeling a bit s**tty about training. New years crowd out in force today ffs | ||
