Here are the recipes for the only two protein drinks you'll ever need
Morning
1 banana
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 cup of protein powder
1 pro biotic drink
Omega oil mix
3/4 pint of full fat milk to loosen it all up
Porky Pie's night time protein drink - you don't need the carbs here and protein on its own would be through you too quickly, and so...
1/2 large tub of cottage cheese
1/2 large tub of Bio yoghurt
few scoops of protein
some full fat milk
Omega oil mix

mine is kinda similar to mine
400ml semi or skimmed milk
30 to 40 g whey
banana
a crushed mutli vit
3 crushed vit-c's
flax seed oil a good glug
and a liitle water
the blend to perfection
also i find having another banana after ir also really good.

120g of oats
3/4 scoop of casein (bout 15-20g protein)
one scoop of whey (25g protein)
2 whole eggs
semi-skimmed milk till i get the thickness i like
It's a bit of a faff but it tastes great and is well filling.

30gs rolled oats
30gs superfoods cereal
30gs whey isolate
10gs linseed
topped with skimmed milk
It's a good shake, multi-purpose!

For what its worth here's my post training shake if I am trying to put weight on, very similar to the above and has around 1000kcals;
400-500ml water
100g oats
4 scoops of whey
1 bannana
2-3 teaspoons of olive oil
Flavorings; cinamann, milkshake mix or coridal
I'll have this for breakfast if I carn't face the normal pile of wheetabix!
