Member 49, 2298 posts SQ 200, BP 132.5, DL 220552.5 kgs @ 123kgs UnEq | one that i make every so often for breakfast is;- 2bannanas an orange a tablespoon of honey 2 crushed multi vit 120g of oats 3/4 scoop of casein (bout 15-20g protein) one scoop of whey (25g protein) 2 whole eggs semi-skimmed milk till i get the thickness i like It's a bit of a faff but it tastes great and is well filling. | ||
