Thought id put together a guide 'Griff' on how to deadlift properly.



1. Dont wear a deadlift suit.

2. Walk upto the bar.

3. Pick it straight up.

4. Lock it out properly at the top.

5. Put it back down gracefully.

Hope this helps in your run upto the sugden comp Grin

Doesn't you guide need to say:

Don't squat 340kgs and then 370kgs first

Wear support shorts and knee braces - this is 'RAW' lol

Roll it to compensate for stalk like puny weak girl legs

Wink

Just hatin for the fun bro - good solid pull, your squatting assuming they are to depth will help with your leg weakness to deliver off the floor power.

Keep it up, after all gym lifts are the MOST important of all and as you got it on youtube this means your the best Grin

it was only a little roll 'cause im so inflexible. but im planning on lifting matt griff approved at the competition Cool which is the best. not long till a 340 now Wink
