Dont wear a deadlift suit. 2. Walk upto the bar. 3. Pick it straight up. 4. Lock it out properly at the top. 5. Put it back down gracefully. Hope this helps in your run upto the sugden comp | ||

Keep it up, after all gym lifts are the MOST important of all and as you got it on youtube this means your the best | ||
