Not sure how the difference between a wank and sex occurs. I'd of thought to the body jiz is jiz. Granted things may feel better and release more endorphines but in terms of test I'd of though rubbing it against a tree and anal would result in the same levels

Be that up or down I don't know

I like the night before for a good nights kip theory. Might even mtach it with some milk and cookies

This is genius

If the comp start date is Friday, last session Monday before, but no squats or deads

depends on individual, i tend to find a week off and the muscles kinda... loose their tightness and it needs a good session to make them used to weights again. u dont want that on the day, so like, have last heavy sesh more than a week before comp then just light till 4 days out. thats me anyway everyone is different

For my last two comps they were on saturday so I did a final bench session on the monday but nothing else. But my bench sessions dont take much recovering from since im still raw, if I was lifting more I might do my last session the Friday before that, maybe that Saturday.

I would say a minimum of 5 days rest is needed really.

Just over a week for Deadlifts, a week for Squats and 5 days or so for Benches. I usually fit in a light overall session 2-3 days out as well.

Last heavy deadlift around four weeks out, last heavy 90%+ squat three weeks out and at least 7 days rest pre comp for me.

It seems to work, I'm yet to hit a bigger number in the gym than on the platform.

I have 7 days rest. I like my last session to be bench though as I feel it slips quicker than squats/deads.So I suppose my last squat/deadlift session would be about 10 days out.
