BPC Open 6th Sept

Anyone going/lifiing in this?

I'm going to get my arse back on the platform at this one and have a play along with a few others from the gym.

I will have a bash at the ole strongman stuff, I want to gain some more useful weight first though, will probably just go straight for an open comp to stop people moaning so want to make sure

Thought you were doing Will's strongman comp Matt, which is billed as Intermediate?

I have said I was doing alot, but the reality of the situation for me is real life is getting in the way too much so its one step at a time at the moment.

Plus people cry if you enter begginer or intermediate compes if you have bothered to train your deadlift

I think if you have never competed in strongman (or trained it loads and know you are s**t-hot) then an intermediate comp' is acceptable regardless of your gym lifts or powerlifts. Hope to see you there pulling a big old silver dollar deadlift.

Anyone know if there are plans for a Manchester comp again this year (I know it never happened last year!!)
