I trained with the kit twice. Paul cator has never used it. The only kit thats different from the basement stuff i use is the fat handle farmers which was a test of grip strength. Tore a nice lump out of my hand aswel.

Well done fella, great strength! Women including daughters are f**kin useless on the videos. The only event in the 90k Northern that i did well at ( axle deadlift for reps, came 2nd) the daughter was eating an ice cream with the camera pointing to the floor. Next comp, i'm going to get my brother to film

well done to all they guys, was a well run comp, and fun to take part in, was really nice to meet some of the guys, especially jc, and mark, both real strong guys, and top blokes. thanks to paul for putting on the comp and congratulations on a well deserved win.

Aweosme performance yesterday H. Make sure you do the qualifiers next year mate, can definitely give the top blokes plenty to think about. You can't wish for a better training buddy either
Simon - I needed a pint after the first event mate, that thirst never went lol. Great performance, you get better every time I compete against you. bas***d!!
JT - was Woods at an advantage caise it was his kit? Yes. Was he the strongest/fastest/most athletic on the day? Yes. I think those evnts he would have won whatev kit it was. Top marks to him & Terry, they put on a great comp

cheers mate. i did press all objects but i was moving back with the sleeper and he gave me no lift. Owen has beaten me every time so it was nice to beat him for a change, i just had one of them days where i woke up feeling strong and the day went to plan. Cheers tony, i am looking forward to britains now and hopefully i will give you a run for your money this time lol. well done to all the lads that competed, 7 heavy events was brutal... everyone did well. Cleggy is a deadlift beast!!!!!!
