Not really for this run up training was

Session 1 - Squat

Session 2 - Deadlift

Up to single on power bar
RDL, pause at sticking point on way down - 3x8 working weight up over block

Session 3 - Bench press

Session 4 - Squat

Session 5 - Deadlift and bench

Pause deadlift up to a top set of 3
Back off sets 2-3x 10

Hip strength and single leg work done as assisatance, also hard to beat a bit of gangstarr
