Fairly light deadlift day tomorrow (feel like I need it), effective ‘Deload’ sessions for the rest of this week. | ||

Viper press will be the winner on this event. Prone Banded (Blue) Hamstring Curl 2x20 SSB Squat To 140 (5s eccentric) 120- 5x3 (as above) SLDL 160- 2x12 ‘Farmers’ walk 50kg DBs- 4x Walk for 1min, several turns Sandbag Load 100- 5x1 (chest height) Dead bug & Side plank superset (5mins) | ||
