I'm good cheers mate. I've not done any Crossfit for ages. I've just drifted along for a few years with no real goals TBH. Rowing seems to be the thing that interests me the most at the moment (and cycling, I'm disappointed with myself to say...).

Axle Push Press (this was already set up from yesterday and I fancied a few light reps for practice)

Rationale; BNSF qualifiers seem to be ~80kg max reps in 75s (on a log), so I want to be very comfortable with more than this weight. Viper press will be the winner on this event.

I’m not sure about that.... Grin

I just don’t list my warm up sets and COPIOUS amounts of mobility on here. I’m getting pretty old now (32 tomorrow)... it’s certainly not as easy just to jump straight in as it once was.
