Almost any carbs.
I'm coeliac but have other issues too.

Can't handle much fibre.

I CAN digest milk very well though thank God.

Even gluten free oats are tough.

Any kind of hot spice.

Potatoes I love but mashing seems to help.

Might end up on a liquid diet at this rate.

2 or 3 large mixed kebabs... Ashamedly, writing that just made me realise how disgusting I am and that I have food issues.

They f**king decimate my gut and bloat me out to incredible volumes.

If I have all three together I become a high pressure brown water expelling machine.

Since going into hospital last year with a very bad case of diverticulitis, I can answer this question better.

The answer is, for me, quite a lot of foods, which are mostly vegetables sadly.

Having spent the best part of my entire adult lift in a state of being bloated, I did not actually know I was bloated unless it was REALLY bad... Which I would often just believe was down to me consuming far too much food in one sitting, which was a very frequent occurrence.

A few obvious foods for me are...

Onions
Garlic
Broccoli
Spuds
Beans and pulses
