Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22018 posts | You and your questions I don't like sausages much. I like cucumbers, bananas and courgettes, probably in that order. I recently went off bananas a bit, but like them again now.

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22018 posts | Good stuff Wieg. If I could only ever eat 5 foods for the rest of my life I think I'd choose - cauliflower, avocado, egg, natural yoghurt and dark chocolate.

'There was also a sausage in my mouth.' Member 2477, 16481 posts SQ 190, BP 130, DL 235555.0 kgs @ 83kgs UnEq | Ive noticed you eat a lot of avocados Wayne. I enjoy a good avocado but I find them to have logistical difficulties. You have to time the buying/ripening/eating of them pretty well. If you buy say 4 of them, they all ripen at the same time and have a narrow window during which they all become eatable at the same time, and then they have several hundred calories in them each so it would be an inconvenience to try and fit about 1000kcal of avocado into my macros in one day. I have the same problem with bread.

I've found with sliced bread atleast that it defrosts super quick, I even have a defrost setting on my toaster that both defrosts and toasts it at the same time in minutes. So hypothetically If I were to have 2 slices of toast every day, I could get away with buying only one 20 slice loaf every 10 days with zero wastage.
