Top sets were harder than I would have liked, but think shoulders were still fatigued from the log and axle training on Saturday. Building up nicely anyway | ||

So I trained an hour after taking pre workout and was restricted on time as well. That considered, it went pretty wellDeadlift 60kg x 5 90kg x 4 120kg x 3 Add straps 140kg x 2 160kg x 2 180kg x 4 PB for beltless 180kg x 4 180kg x 4 Add belt 195kg x 4 Easy, especially on the sets with 180.
