Warmup for log: seated shoulder press (no back support) up to 60x3, nal exnions, plyometric lunges & some jump squats

So today I was gunna train at home, ending up taking my pre workout then flicking around for a bit mended up being too late so had to go to the gym & train before I started shift. So I trained an hour after taking pre workout and was restricted on time as well. That considered, it went pretty well
