Sandbags 90,110 a few runs through Stones 80x3, 90x3, 110 X1, 120 X1, 130 X1 180x 3 attempts. Tacky wasn't sticking very well. Very close though. 130 x3 Then did 120 X1 to shoulder to show it could be done | ||

Did some incline axle press with weights hanging from bands, makes it a lot more difficult. Also did some other pressing and stuff. Friday 25/2/16 12" deadlift 60x10 110 x10 160 x8 200 x3 beltless doh 245x5 belt on Suited 245x3 265x3 230x10 Snatch grip deadlift 200 x3 x3. Much better tonight. Changed technique after watching some Andy Bolton videos and noticed the mistakes I was making. | ||

Prowler pull Worked up to 340ish on the prowler. (Including some actual sick in between weights) Arm over arm Up to 260kg on pins I think in 36 seconds Arms were burning Yoke press Up to 110kg x3 Had a half arsed attempt at 120kg but it was no danger of going up. | ||
