EZ bar curl/ rope pushdown superset 3X12 DB rows 32.5 2X10 DB external rotations 5 3X12 Weighted sit-ups 5 3X12 weight behind head, will increase weight next session Good start to the training cycle, have been working around a recurring calf injury that has flared up again and have been neglecting stretching. Lower body is getting increasingly tight. So will add my stretching regiment back on off days | ||

Comp style bench press Bar x 10 60 x 5 80 x 5 90 x 4 100 x 3 110 x 1 117.5 X 8 117.5 X 8 Almost died on the first set. Used leg drive and slid down the bench, lost my arch, started benching into the uprights and lower back cramped up. Still got the reps but was more tiring than planned. Training partner had adhesive rubber mat, that was used for following sets. Close grip 105 X 5 105 X 5 Incline press Bar x few 60 x 5 80 x 3 90 X 7 90 X 5 Was knackered after the top sets. Pull ups BW + 5kg 3 X 10 Face pulls 3 X 12 Never want to go back there again lol. Luckily will be going back to my well equipped uni gym on sunday. Xoxo | ||

Weight didn't move as effortlessly as I would have liked but form remained consistent through out & nice to have a little less volume High bar squat no belt 145 X 3 145 X 3 145 X 3 Leg press 3 X 8 GHD 3 X 8 Feeling very tight from Saturday, round the hips, adductors etc. may book in for sports massage. Still behind on training so adding an extra session tomorrow. All in all a pleasant session | ||
