Good start to the training cycle, have been working around a recurring calf injury that has flared up again and have been neglecting stretching. Lower body is getting increasingly tight. So will add my stretching regiment back on off days Happy

Was forced to train at the local commercial gym today, was an experience to say the least.

Comp style bench press

Almost died on the first set. Used leg drive and slid down the bench, lost my arch, started benching into the uprights and lower back cramped up. Still got the reps but was more tiring than planned. Training partner had adhesive rubber mat, that was used for following sets.

Still felt a little frazzled from deadlifting on Saturday. Weight didn't move as effortlessly as I would have liked but form remained consistent through out & nice to have a little less volume Happy
