A couple of ideas for convenient breakfasts for those who are out and about early or who are short on time:

Beza these might also be a good idea for you to have late at work before training in the evening.

You can cook/soak them in apple juice then have with cinnamon too.
I like them in scrambled egg with dripping.
Been eating with peanut butter, banana and whey in the blender this week.

good work again

Very simple and very effective

As an aside in still thinking of how I can get cheese and chillis in these and when to eat it

In the past I have eaten natural yohgurt with chopped chillis sprinkled in with chunks of dark chocolate

Have you got all your recipes and meal ideas all in one place or in a book yet... You are making a book aren't you?

Haha I don't imagine many people would want to read a book I wrote!

Funny you should mention dark chocolate, here is the next recipe:

Cheers pal.
Did the mixed fruit one.
Had it this morning. Piece of piss to do, took even me just 5 minutes. Tasted great and filled a spot. Right up my street this as I'll scoff it at work.
Thanks again.

Just made the oat pancakes and they were a great success - coconut oil for the pan is great because it doesn't burn

Thanks Dave

Tried today. Nice, simple & tasty - six mile run before breakfast. Great to have something waiting prepared for when I walked back in the door.

Thanks

Do you have a link for that recipe? (Too lazy to find it myself. ...)
