Snatches looked sharp yesterday George. What you missed looked like you missed it because it was just too heavy. That's easily fixed. Those were heavy jerk attempts for a 110ish snatch mind.

Thanks, ive always had an annoyingly large gap between the two. I did 108 150 3 weeks ago..

Annoyingly the first two cleans didnt feel heavy, pull felt lovely, just caught funny. One back one out front, then one in middle, just a shame about the jerk

Looking good pal!

You just seem to be leaning back too soon in the lift. Try to stay over the bar more as it comes past your knees (ie. chest ahead of the bar). So keep your hips back a touch longer and extend!

Thanks. feel I rush it as I am keen to get under it but miss out on full extension in doing so.

slowly this is becoming my favourite lift and the more this improves the easier clean and jerk technique comes
