compilation of my squats over the last few weeks, finished microcycle with a 195 x 12 squat to put my estimated max at 270

intensity is going to climb now as i peak for a meet in may

Thanks everything is going well and too plan so far on squats, looking to hit an easy 260 squat in may when qualifying for the classic then go all out at the british classic and break the 600lb barrier.

As someone who is built a lot better for deadlifts than squats, I really hope you struggle with the pulling Grin

recently ive been squatting twice a week fairly high volume. in the past ive done 3-4 times a week but im finding 2 sessions a week atm much more enjoyable less draining and im getting stronger too

It's certainly a change to see proper full range Squats, Whats your programming like? frequency etc.
