Definitely a good idea!

My best ever strength cycle was 7 weeks beltless, then 5 weeks with a belt then i pulled my lifetime deadlift PB of 317.5kg. Going RAW works! Just look at ed hall

I should be good for another 6 weeks without a belt, at least...will wait it out and see what happens! I definitely feel a lot more solid now.

And yeah, you're right there - 400x5 without a belt is f**king inhuman. What did he do at BSM, too? 340x10 or something? Mental

Thanks buddy!! im hoping to push on to 330ish this year if i can.

Some people say beltless work doesn't really help but i have to disagree!

Yeah something stupid! plus its always looks better with no supportive gear haha

71kg DB must have been a b**ch, i've done a 60 and failed 65 about a million times and that thing was massive enough without an extra 6kg ha

Thanks mate! most i've done without a belt and wraps so i'm happy.

Yeah i just need to play around with it more, getting it to the shoulder is fine just need to practice sitting it right before i attempt to press it haha
