Okay time to scrap the old journal and start a new one. I am coming back from injury and starting everything from scratch again so i felt it right to document my come back.

Last season was a mix of ups and downs. 2 x 1st places in Powerlifting and a 5th place at Bodypower inters. Then came the injures! rotator cuff problems and a torn hip flexor stopped me lifting heavy late September 2014.

Now i am building back up ready for the BPU southern qualifier in march 2015. Wish me luck!!

This is more of a milestone than you will ever know. This is the first time i've been back over 200kg since tearing my hip flexor, tearing my hamstring, losing 10kg of bodyweight and going natty.

I have completely changed the way i squat and i love it!! I'm pretty confident that come comp time i'll hit something im really proud of.
