Popped sleeves on for this one, may have been 2 there, right quad always cramps during the press which makes me step back

I just watched it back and noticed that. Wasn't intentional but yea the countermovement will always help. I generally try to minimise anything like that to standardise the movement as much as possible

More than happy to talk about training program. Recently/last 4-6 weeks:

A) Build up to a big double strict/military press. Tempo and type of bar used changes every 2 weeks
B1) Seated, unsupported behind the neck press
B2) External rotation
C1) Unilateral press (DB work)
C2) Chin/Pull Up variation

I dedicate 1 session a week to strict pressing. Reps/sets/tempo vary accordingly as does exercise selection depending on priority/weakness to be worked on
