Hi Phil,

Nothing special to be honest mate. Not trained for a while so I am trying to build up some kind of base strength before I do anything else. Long way to go!

Sessions need to be short and I can’t guarantee how many sessions I can do in a week so I front squat and do some kind of push and pull movement each session.

I haven’t done much direct front squat work before so would like to see where this ends up (previous best is 130kg I think). I also cycle 100 miles a week on my commute so at least I am doing some kind of cardio as well.

Always open to suggestions if I can do things better. Happy

Didn't feel like it today but squats and Deads went really well. Pressing was rubbish so no news there! Happy

I and many others on here could make good suggestions to your training but as long as you are happy and training consistently then preference is the main deciding factor to he honest

Back squats:
5@100kg which were rubbish, weight was pulling me forward on the acsent
5 paused triples @ 80kg which were much better
3 singles @ 110kg which were much better

Don't know whether to creep the weight up on the paused squats.

Standing good mornings:
3x5 @ 50kg

OH Press:
5 triples @50kg
