normal people, like me. Member 2325, 550 posts | I'd agree, always felt at risk doing them with (relatively) heavy loads. So I don't. But if your priority like most here is overhead, then a few sets of higher reps for some chest/tri assistance could be done with pretty low added load. Doesn't mean I'm suggesting them for someone who has had a pec tear though. Years back I massively aggravated a not completely healed sternum/rib injury doing them. | ||
