Rope Facepulls: Working sets: 50kg x10. x10. Circus Dumbbell Press: Working sets: 25kg x3R/2L. 30kg x3R/0L. First time circus pressing. Left arm/delt considerably weaker. Will only use the right side for working sets. | ||

Terrible performance circus pressing. I am getting the technique better and more efficient with the 20kg. Next time I do this exercise I will drop the weight on the right arm as well and go high reps to neurologically ingrain the technique and motion. Watching videos online of other athletes I notice that some use more of a neutral positioning on the shoulder which I will try to incorporate as well. The deadlifting and recent upper body training limited my pressing ability as well. | ||
