No, he was MUCH lighter.

Edit - same guy. 55kg cited in his first ever post. 90 and 78kg in his last weight update. I think he's bulls**tting us too.....

I never got much from just protein but made good fatgains with myproteins hard gainer extreme. Bounced from 90kg to 102kg really quickly.

When I got my PBs I was drinking 1 1/2 to 2L of blue top milk a day.
