have many people stuck to this? how many of you have lost body fat and not just water weight? i do my first back load tomorrow and i am interested to see how i will be on friday morning

I've just finished the prep phase and have noticed a decrease in body fat, but only time will tell if this continues..

i am on day 9 of prep phase but i reckon the 6kg i have lost is mainly water i do feel a bit tighter though, i cant really find any one online that has lost a significant amount of fat online

You know I mainly easy CBL style and I'm practically like your carer.

I also know 3 guys that have used CBL to get sub 6% and on the body building stage (with no cardio I might add)

What was your first experiences like backloading? Just done my first one and feel like I'm gunna keel over and die!

in macca i trust

i think i might of messed up a bit though buy drinking lots of diet soda, i been craving sugar so been having that even though it dont have any sugar in it.

You will be fine big lad, diet soda doesn't have any affect on insulin (only a Pavlovian type affect has been noticed in seriously obese people)

I thought I read that one of the main artificial sweeteners (ironically) has the same effect on insulin as sugar. But you know what thought did.

Don't have effect on insulin that's why it's recommend for people with diabetes. It can kick you out of keto though which is what the 10 day prep phase is about really

No it can't, no research suggests this.

Some guru's will day to cut out diet soda if your weight loss stalls but there are no studies of note to support this

Hi mate. I stumbled onto this thread after doing a keto only diet for a couple of months and was still around the 27%bf level. With the assistance of Dr Macca not many weeks ago I was calipered last weekend at 19.5 (that .5 means a lot to me). I have to say that training wise I've started easing the weights up for a giggle so not sure that this is conducive to losing bf. I also haven't lost that much weight. Basically I'm holding, if not gaining muscle and losing bf. I'm a fan of this diet and Paul Mac x

Wow, this thread took some reading.
I've read through the Ebook a couple of times, was hard to get my napper around so thought I'd read this thread, now I'm even more confused...
Starting on Sunday as soon as my thousand pound order from MP for a bin full of powder arrives.
