Lol Jeff. I should have put snatch from blocks. They're getting better but I think I can still bring the bar in a bit more.

Disappionted. I think you need to make up for it by actually trying to snatch a 100kg block...and videoing it obviously. I'm sure Millsy will post it if you die in the process.
