Felt strong but my hammy felt dodgy so sacked it off before I snapped my s**t up..
230 felt easier than 220.plenty more in the tank.happy with 230 because im still weak in the hams/glutes etc so I'm squatting to quady for my liking.looks like I should get a nice big pb this year

My 230 squat this week was the most I've ever squatted "quaddy" if you know what I mean..when I did 250 last year I was 10kg heavier on work sets than my last cycle now....I was using the cube 9 week squat cycle last year but to gain faster to get back to where I was I condensed it to only 4 or 5 weeks now ..I will keep doing this until I plateau then do the full 9 weeks again..
Tbh I feel like I with blitz 260+ this year

Woke up 4 days ago with a very sore shoulder.it hurt a lot today..had pain with just the bar so couldn't push as fast as I would usually do..170 was like a rocket tho..got a few laughs from the guys watching..feels like I'm going to bench well this year

Deads today were done on a texas dl bar..hate it necause the bar whip messes my line up..
Bench was ok..the lowering phase has become harder than the press again..not sure if I felt the pec pull on the 170 or if it was dehydration....feels ok today tho
