Week 1 worked up to 240 single Week 2 up to 250. Comp day..strongman rules 240 good lift tore a callous. .straps on 270 goodlift 277.5 goodlift Was a fun day..good to see a mate I haven't seen in a while pull a comfy 330 I need to sort my s**t out and get this 300 pull done | ||
