Upper back/rear delts/bicep work... Today's squats belt less 60x10 100x5 120x5 150x3 170x1 190x1 210x1 form was breaking down left it there.. Then paused oly with belt 120x5 150x5 170x5 Happy with that..coming back well.. | ||

Incline dumbells 20kgx10 42x8 53x6 58x7..When this is back up to 20reps ill be happy Strict Viking press for fun 55k for reps 80x3 105x1 125x1 155x1 Done.. | ||

Bench 60x5x2sets 100x5 all paused from here 120x3 speedy 140x3 easy so 160x3x3 easy..I reckon I had atleast 5+paused reps in me on the 2nd set Think I had 180 paused in me today Then some upper back/rear delt work | ||

Pl squat 60x5 60x5 110x5 130x3 150x1 160x8 Stiff and sore from that... Oly paused 100x5 130x3 150x3 Felt rubbish so added belt 170x2.. Left it there..back was smashed up | ||

Today's deadlift and bench.. Deads belt less 70x3x3 100x3 140x3 180x3 220x1 240x6 pb Bench all paused 60x3x3 100x3 125x3 145x2 165x1 180x3setsx2reps 2nd set was the best..I had another rep in the tank defo...maybe a 4th... 140x12 failed the 13th rep pb paused tho Bentover row 60x10 100x10 140x10 Pull downs /rear delt work | ||
