Push press 40x3 60x3 80x3 100x2 110x2 120x1 125xf New technique fine with light weight not so good when weight gets heavy needs alot of work. Strict press 80x6 80x6 80x6 Behind neck pulldowns 60x10 70x10 80x10 Cable front raises super set with face pulls 10x10 20x10 10x10 22.5x10 12.5x10 22.5x10 Another lightish session felt good starting to feel better hopefully back to normal next week. | ||

Leg press 40x10 80x10 120x10 160x6 200x6 240x6 280x6 320x6 360x6 400x6 440x4 480x1xf Front squats 60x6 80x6 100x6 Jammed my thumb between two dumbbells on wednesday so not able to go any heavier still quite sore. Leg curl 50x10 50x10 50x10 Leg extension 80x6 90x6 100x6 Dumbbell lunges onto 4 inch platform 14x10 each leg 14x10 each leg 14x10 each leg Tried to have a run on treadmill lasted 5 minutes then gave up nothing left in my legs felt sick so not a bad session. | ||

Deadlift today didn't expect much but turned out to be a good session. 18 inch deadlift 180x6 220x4 260x2 280x1 290x1 220x10 Bentover rows 100x10 120x8 130x6 Barbell shrugs 130x6 130x6 130x6 Reverse grip pulldowns 70x10 70x10 70x10 good day today 290 felt good not to much of a struggle getting closer to that 300 for the results gym comp hopefully be able to pull a couple of reps by then. | ||

Barbell shrugs 100x6 120x6 140x6 Barbell rows 120x6 130x6 140x6 Reverse grip pulldowns 70x6 80x6 90x6 10 minutes on treadmill. Feel better after run on treadmill sweat some off that alcohol out. | ||

All felt good today push press coming on almost back to where it was a couple of years ago. | ||
