Shoulders day been watching videos on you tube for over head technique will need to go back to grangemouth stadium gym for proper lifting platforms to try it out cant do much at my gym,they don't like it if you drop the weights.Roll-Eyes

legs today good session almost whited.couldn't get on the rack so just used leg press machine and did loads of reps.

Had an arm session on sat but won't bore you with details of that,was a good session though. Deadlift today didn't expect much but turned out to be a good session.

Never got a session on sat so thought i would be nice and fresh for today, every time i go to the gym thinking i will go for a big lift it just doesn't happen and when i go to the gym feeling like grap i pull big just can't work it out.Confused
