Squats 60x6 100x6 140x6 150x6 160x6 170x6 180x5 Very happy with that lots of good reps. Leg extension 40x12 40x12 40x12 40x12 Leg curl 40x12 40x12 40x12 40x12 Dumbbell lunges on to 4 inch platform 12x10 each leg 12x10 each leg 12x10 each leg 12x10 each leg 10 minutes on treadmill very hard going thats it for week three days rest till next session think i will need it. | ||
