Ok happy new year everyone now it's time to get some serious training done, first day in the gym for two weeks was going to take it easy to ease myself back in to it but felt fine so just picked up were i left off.

Legs today good session happy with todays workout getting a lot of pain in my right knee after squatting though had it for a while but felt worse today,just have to see how it goes hopefully nothing to bad.Confused

Better session today doing chest,working on my set up at the bar trying a wider grip so that there is less distance to move the weight.

Think the treadmill is tiring my legs out think thats why i could not deadlift anything on tuesday, It's the only thing i can think off why my deadlift was so bad.Confused
