Shoulders today had some fun with new 60kg dumbbell.

Good session technique on dumbbell and push press really good dumbbell was so easy will need to work technique on left arm.

Last session of the week, legs felt fine started to use knee wraps for my heavier squats.

250 dead, 115 clean and press, even now you would hold your own at the 105s, some solid progress over the next 6 months and you could be in and around the top 5

Thanks martin all gym lifts are coming on well just need some event training. Hopefully when the events are announced next year i'll be in a good place to travel to a strongman gym and get some serious training done. Happy

First session of the week went in with the intention of going for a 260 deadlift just not happening today feel tired everything feels heavy so just did what i could.
