What are the bonus of eating eggs and the negatives aren't they good for aminos acids

There is no negative.

Can get a bit expensive if you want free range ones. But they are pretty much the perfect muscle building food enclosed in a natural container.

They are loaded with amino acids. In fact the bio-availability of protein sources is based around the egg, with it being 100% every other natural food is lower.
