already told missus i will be going all being well. the 2 comps wont be next to each other next year dont think either

after WSM i thought alot about my training, my structure, how i approach it etc and since been training differently and going to see how it goes.

At the moment i dont want to keep a journal properly just want to concentrate on my routine and focussing on things for next year.

once im happy with it and things are going well I will post up a few regular updates.
