Member 2171, 1612 posts | Cracking novice comp, well done to Marc and his team Martin Cee was on top form too Quick write up: Log - wind from the river was brutal in the morning, as soon as log left cheat you could feel the wind unsteadying it. Marc made sure quick "down" calls we're made to help up (thanks for that, definitely helped!) 5 reps, 3 one motions! Farmers - 100kg?! Surely they were heavier than that lol. This hammered my knees, in agony after, wife was concerned and said I should pull out! Deads - aching knees made this harder than it should have been, only 220kg x 8 reps. Think 9 won it, wanted 10! Yoke - great event for my knees! 1 small drop but got it done in 4th place. Vinny flew with this, awesome. Arm over arm - 4x4 was too light so they stuck Paul Carter (~200kg) and a few other big blokes. 17 secs, 2nd place. Overall : 2nd place. Well happy | ||
