30km bike ride in just over 2 hours

thursday
physio session, moved on to more dynamic things

trampette jumping, balancing on one leg etc
i can start running now as well, and need to build up turning by doing figure of 8 runs and shrinking the size of the 8, to eventually doing shuttle runs

heel flicks, high knees, star jumps, balance board are all to be brought in

physio said i can start box squatting and progress it, which is lucky as i had already started that.... but not going past 90 deg, so will do that for a month or so and see how i get on

3k cycle to my mates house

Then went for 20km in under an hour

20km took 1:01:25 avg 19.5kph some more air in the tyres definitely helped!

Then 2km back home
