opinions please.....whats better out of these two for developing strenght for squat and deadlift apart from squating and deadlift. i have no way to train hamstring at home(apart from stiff leg ds)and want to increase lower back and hamstring strenght so i might invest in one or other. cheers in advanceWink

cheers....is it better to go with higher 8-12 reps or low 3-5 reps. i've started mma and thought that one of these could be helpful here too.

decicion made GHR it is cheers lads. my mates new log and farmers arrived our toys are growing rapidly. now to find a maker of ghr's.Confused
