no longer sugdens strongest man Member 455, 1336 posts | people seem to forget weight lifting is a personal battle no matter what you can or cant lift every day we all battle with the metal to overcome it. as for the man who started dissing on this post got one thing to say. seems like he's lost his own personal battle with the sport and needs to realise pb just does not mean personal best it also means personal battle. we can all slag people because its easy to do but what is harder is to see or own faults and ask how can we get better thats what i thought this site is all about tryign to get stronger and better with the sport as for eating mate just take your time you dont want to put a lot of fat and u want it to be quality mass so dont rush experiment and eating small but frequent is often best protein helps to get your calories and energy in it all helps s sorry about the long post but had to get if off my chest sick of HATERS | ||
